If You request not to receive marketing material, please note that We will still contact You in relation to Our on-going relationship with You. For example, We will still send You any bills, statements and notices that are relevant to the products and services You have purchased from Us.

10. Our Charter of Rights
· We aim to provide patients with appointments to meet their dental needs. A suitable time can be booked either over the phone or online via the website.
· Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Failure to attend or cancel appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged, or a deposit before future appointments. It will be up to the practice discretion if this is required.
· We aim to achieve the highest safety for both the patients and the treating practitioner.
· A thorough medical and dental history will allow treating practitioner to help identify and treat the problem better.
· All instruments go through sterilization protocol recommended by the Health Commission.
· We keep up to date with infection control protocol
· We use TGA approved dental materials
· We respect all patients’ decisions and are mindful of all their cultural beliefs and values.
· We provide patient with as much information as possible to be able to make informed decisions regarding their dental care.
· Options, costs, and services provided are discussed in an open and easy to understand manner.
· Decisions made on dental services provided are made after patients have a thorough understanding of the procedure required and have given consent to treatment
· In accordance with the privacy law, the Dental Board of Australia’s code of conduct for registered health practitioners, the Australian Privacy Principles and the Office of the Health Complaints Commissioner, a patient can expect their personal health and other information be collected, used disclosed and stored in accordance with relevant laws about privacy, and this information will remain confidential unless the law allows disclosure or the patient requests release of the information.
